Maintenance of single-cavity blow molding machines focuses on lubrication, cleaning, tightening, and safety checks. The following are specific maintenance points:

Lubrication Maintenance: Before each shift, lubricate moving parts such as the robotic arm and guide rails. Lubricate the swing arm every 3-4 days and the chain monthly.

Lubricate the main bearings every 2-3 months. Check the reducer's oil level regularly.

Cleaning and Inspection: Clean the molds, heating heads, and conveyor tracks daily to avoid affecting molding quality.

Check the heating coil surface for damage or foreign objects. Temperature sensors need regular calibration.

Tightening and Safety: Before each startup, ensure screws and nuts are tightened. Pay special attention to key components such as the molds and preform conveying device.

Check the emergency stop switch, safety door, and pneumatic components for proper operation. Maintain the air supply pressure at 0.6-0.8 MPa.

Electrical and Pneumatic Circuits: Power supply voltage fluctuations should be controlled within ±10%. Use soapy water to check for leaks at air pipe joints.

Maintain a stable blowing pressure of 2-4 MPa to avoid abnormal pressure that could lead to poor molding or equipment damage. Regular maintenance includes cleaning the vacuum pump filter monthly and cleaning and adding high-temperature lubricating oil to the extruder head worm gear quarterly.
