Essential Knowledge for Safe Operation of Fully Automatic Blow Molding Machines

(1) Before starting the machine each shift, lubricate all moving parts once. (Robot arm, robot arm guide rail, mold opening and closing guide rail)

(2) Lubricate the swing arm every 3-4 days. Lubricate the large and small chains of the heating machine once a month. Regularly check the main reducer and heating machine reducer for oil shortage. Lubricate the main bearing every 3 months.

(3) Before production, check that all moving parts are secure, screws are not loose or missing, especially in areas with strong impact, and check for abnormalities in the belt drive.

(4) Check that the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply, and water source are normal.

(5) Check that all emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protection device detection switches are normal.

(6) Check that the preform feeding and dropping parts of the heating head are working properly. If the preform insertion is not in place, adjust the preform pressing device nut.

(7) Check that the lamp tubes are damaged or broken. Replace them promptly.

(8) Check all pneumatic components for leaks and ensure their operation is sensitive.

(9) Check the triple unit for abnormal leaks, blockages, and ensure the water cup is not too full.

(10) Clean the solenoid valve of the fully automatic blow molding machine promptly if any abnormality occurs (clean once every 3.5 million blow cycles).
