The fully automatic blow molding machine is a commonly used piece of equipment in the plastic molding industry. Its core working principle revolves around three key stages: "plasticization - inflation - shaping". First, the equipment feeds granular plastic raw materials into the extrusion system. Through the rotation of the screw and the heating of the barrel, the plastic raw materials gradually melt into a molten plastic. Then, the molten plastic is extruded into a tubular preform. The preform falls vertically under gravity, and simultaneously, the mold closing mechanism closes the mold, encasing the preform inside the mold cavity. Next, the air blowing system introduces compressed air into the preform through air channels on the mold, causing the molten preform to adhere tightly to the inner wall of the mold cavity under air pressure, forming a plastic product that conforms to the shape of the mold cavity. Finally, after the cooling system cools and shapes the mold and the product, the mold closing mechanism opens, and the ejector removes the molded plastic product, completing one full automatic molding cycle. The entire process requires no manual intervention, achieving automated production from raw materials to finished products.
