The working principle of a semi-automatic blow molding machine can be divided into the following steps:

1. Heating the Preform: The plastic preform is placed in a heater and heated by an electric heating element to soften it into a plastic state. The heating temperature and time of the preform should be adjusted according to the plastic material and the bottle specifications to ensure the quality of bottle molding and blowing.

 

2. Preform Feeding and Clamping: The heated preform is conveyed to the die head via a conveyor belt and clamped by the die head's clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism should ensure the preform's stable and accurate position for subsequent molding and blowing operations.

 

3. Molding: With the assistance of the clamping mechanism, the die head presses the preform into the preliminary shape of the bottle. During the molding process, the temperature and pressure of the die head should be adjusted appropriately to ensure the molding quality and wall thickness uniformity of the bottle.
