No material being added at the feeding station: Several situations need to be checked:
Is the hopper empty? If so: Add material immediately.
If not: Check if the elevator's control contactor is energized. If energized, quickly check if the motor is energized and under load, as this situation is likely caused by the preform (preform) jamming the elevator belt. The simplest solution is manual assistance.
If the elevator's control contactor is not energized, check if the preform detection photocell is not aligned with the reflector.
Constantly stuck in the feeding tray: This is a more troublesome problem. Experience shows that this is less common if the preform (preform) is long and heavy.
Bottles cannot be removed from the mold after blowing.
First, open the mold manually. If this is normal, run it in a no-load state. If this is also normal...
Please check your venting time settings. If the venting settings are normal, and the problem only occurs with each bottle blown, then the issue is with the venting valve. Please open the venting valve and check its spring and seals. (Another symptom of this problem is a loud venting sound or a sound of incomplete venting.)
If you encounter a situation where mold production is normal for many batches but this mold opening failure occurs only occasionally, please check if there are any broken screws in the locking pins. Also, please check if the locking force is too high; if so, it should be readjusted according to the standard.
Bottles are constantly being damaged. Is the robotic arm misaligned?
Two robotic arms are colliding. In this case, the robotic arms need to be manually reset, as this is caused by misalignment.
